Unless otherwise stated in the product description or license, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying design, template, artwork, or intellectual property to the purchaser.

  • Claim our designs or artwork as your own

  • Repackage our files and sell them as another digital product

  • Use our files in a way that violates the license provided with the product

  • Use our designs to create competing digital products

Physical products created using a digital product may only be sold when the product's individual license specifically permits commercial use.

4. TRANSFERS

Our transfers are intended for customers who have the appropriate equipment and knowledge necessary to apply them.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended application instructions and using appropriate equipment.

Rich Off Crafting is not responsible for failed applications resulting from:

  • Incorrect temperature or time settings

  • Incorrect pressure

  • Improper application technique

  • Incorrect equipment

  • Incorrect garment or substrate

  • Failure to follow application instructions

  • Damage caused during the pressing/application process

Please test your transfer and application method when appropriate before producing large quantities of products.

5. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting custom or personalized orders.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Names

  • Spelling

  • Dates

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Personalization details

  • Shipping information

Once an order has been submitted, changes may not be possible.

Rich Off Crafting is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

6. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

7. SHIPPING

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Rich Off Crafting is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of Rich Off Crafting's intellectual property.
